Registration Information

The Willamette Valley Cup uses GotSport for all team registrations and tournament scheduling. Official registrations will open on Februrary 4th. We recommend that coaches and team managers make sure their GotSport accounts are up to date and have their roster details ready to lock down your spot and access our early-bird pricing before June 8th.

Payment Information

  • Credit/Debit card payments can be made using Stripe on our clubs website(Please put WVCup followed by your club & full team name under “reason for payment”): https://emfc.org/payment/
  • If you have more than 5 teams registering from your club, reach out to our tournament director for a discount code to make use of our multi-team discount.
  • Payments can be made via check. All check payments must be sent by July 13th.
  • Teams must be paid in full by July 13th.
