In order to check in the Willamette Valley Cup, be sure to download and print off FIVE copies of our official roster form. If you do not have physical player cards for your players, you must get each roster signed by a club leader that has full access to the club’s registration system. They must be on file with the state association as having authority to issue player cards for the club.
